Erica Britt believes golf is about far more than a perfect swing. It is a journey of growth, discipline, confidence, and purpose — both on and off the course.
As the Director of Instruction at The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation, Erica has dedicated her life to helping players develop not only elite golf skills, but also the mindset, character, and confidence needed to perform under pressure and thrive in life. From the age of six, golf became a foundational part of her story, leading to a standout junior and collegiate career filled with championships, honors, and recognition as Player of the Year during both her freshman and senior seasons of high school.
Erica continued her journey at Florida State University on a full golf scholarship, graduating with honors while developing a deeper passion for teaching, mentorship, and leadership through the game.
Today, Erica is recognized as one of the top golf instructors in the country and has earned distinction as an Operation 36 Master Instructor for three consecutive years. Her coaching philosophy combines modern performance training, personalized instruction, and faith-based encouragement to help golfers unlock their full potential.
Through both in-person and online coaching, Erica works with players of all ages and skill levels who want more than temporary swing fixes. Her programs are designed to build long-term growth through intentional practice, mental performance, course management, and purpose-driven coaching that creates lasting confidence.
Erica believes every golfer is uniquely created, which is why her coaching is never one-size-fits-all. Each student receives a customized path built around their goals, learning style, strengths, and personal journey.
Whether through private lessons, online coaching, tournament preparation, or mentorship, Erica’s mission is simple: help golfers perform with confidence, compete with freedom, and grow in both their game and their character.
Golf can shape far more than your scorecard — and Erica is passionate about helping her students discover exactly that.
